Because september_chictagged me well over a week ago. Opps. But I obviously haven’t really been in the mood to do a meme. But lucky for you, I am now.

It’s been a little while since a radio song got stuck in my head. But this one has. It’s just sweet, and like most summer songs it’s a little nostalgic.

Blame it on Brian Melo. I’m not really a Queen fan, but when I heard this one, I fell in love. And so it became the first song I ever Purchased online! *gasp*

It’s just so… Me. A little something from older, more mature Elvis. But it’s just so… Me. Yeah. Me.

*giggles like a school-girl* Enough said. And when I turned the radio on today, it was playing.

01:06 am - I hear the Dark Side has cookies...
I just pieced it together; what's been throwing me off so much lately. I've been off balance. I've abandoned my Dark Side. After all, I'm a classic Libra. I am balance, I need to have both sides: light and dark, strength and weakness, gay and straight, good and evil. I had almost forgotten that, abandoned it. I forgot my duality - I just needed to embrace it again.

12:08 am - Cause you never read the signs...
I’ve been finding a lot of Prayer Cards at work lately. I mean, it seems almost common place to find them as bookmarks in the religion books. Although, this week I found two (‘Prayer to Mary" and "Of the Apostles") stunning foil prints from Italy in a book on railways. And usually, I leave them on the bookshelf, where someone more inclined to use them might find them – one I remember as being a Fallen Angel card. But these were different – well, the Mary was, the Apostles one stayed on the shelf awaiting its new owner - I took the Mary card home. Not usually my cup of tea, so to speak, but as the adage goes; god works in mysterious ways. Only in this case, the Goddess thought I needed to know someone was out there and on my side. That someone was, indeed, looking out for me. Sometimes it’s nice to know that there is someone looking over your shoulder. And I am thankful. I could post all about my adventurous Saturday night...but I can't really remember it. Damn. I can remember pieces, but nothing whole. Like how did I get from the kitchen to making out with some guy on the front stairs? I can vaugely remember Crystal talling me to listen to her, because he's a realy nice guy. Or something... And he was going to walk me home. HA. He's friends called him, and he went, so I ended up walking home alone. Go me. And in the process I scratched my cellphone up, lost my ring and made a few drunken phone calls. But if I count out loud while I'm walking, I can walk straight. Oy.
